Good thinking, I am the same way towards the end of the week. Today I am going to make some goals. Fun goals, like reading for a certain amount and getting some walking in. I put off everything until the weekends and then wonder why I’m run down at the end of the week.

I have designated me-time, no matter how busy I am. For at least one hour a day, I take the time to do something for myself. Whether that is reading a book, making a fancy meal, napping, etc... Sometimes I take longer if I'm not as busy but I think you can always steal away and hour for yourself.
It is so easy to get caught up in grading assignments, doing extra duty for pay, creating new lesson plans, etc. I am determined to cut some stuff out of my schedule.
That's a great idea to do for yourself! I'm going to set some boundaries for myself at work. I tend to get over involved in things, and then I don't have nearly enough time to do them all. This way I can finally have some time to rest.
