Kearney 🐠: considering applying for an associate position but I’m concerned I’m not experienced enough and may be better suited to the senior business analyst role. My details: Applied science undergrad, MSc in Strategic management from top European B school, 3 YOE at big4 consulting (public sector and consumer goods project exp.) any suggestions/thoughts as to which role I should target are greatly appreciated!

Just got an offer from Deloitte as an Ariba Consultant (mid to high level). Does anyone have insights on this role in terms of difficulty, work life balance compared to SC, etc? Obviously I know what comes with the rigors of consulting, but anything else to add would be great. Thanks in advance!
