That's my plan (if I don't die first). I'm currently completing my thesis for my MBA (program was doable and it gave me the graduate degree). I have the good fortune of often working with academics, so I'm publishing in peer-reviewed journals regularly and presenting at academic conferences. I've also carved out a niche expertise so I'm considered an expert in my field (which is somewhat cross disciplinary) - so I may be able to parlay all that into teaching at university level even without a PhD. I think I'd probably only qualify for adjunct level status, which is shit pay, but I'd not be doing it for money.

Toronto ad fish 🤠 I’ve spent most of my career working as a copywriter in London (6 years here, 2 years Toronto) and the market is pretty different here. I’m planning on moving back home but wondered….how do you find work in Toronto? Agencies barely post openings, is the recruiter scene strong? Is it mostly who you know?

Planning a one-week summer vacation to Yellowstone Park area. Family unit of 6, so need to rent a single, large SUV. Just looked at prices and the cheapest car available for 6 people with unlimited mileage is $3,500+. Makes the vacation almost not worth it. I recently left EY to take up a very senior role at a Tech firm. Feel so much better and happier. The firm has already given me a parking space in Canary Wharf, a brand new S22 Ultra, S Watch 5 Pro, S8+ Galaxy Tab and my own corner office 😊

Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
Few of my frnds are suggested if i choose a small company my opportunities in future will narrow down when compared to a reputed. Pls can someone help here?
