Until AI develops critical thinking I don’t think so. I see it more as a process change than anything. You still need people to make choices, etc

I'm not sure that's true, in my opinion digital marketing has a long way to go before it dies.

With the advent of AI and other automation tactics, digital marketing is only becoming more efficient and effective, meaning businesses that don't invest in it will be left behind.

Automation has been used in digital marketing for many years and has actually helped to improve results. In fact, as more and more businesses adopt AI and automation technologies, the competitive advantage of those who don’t will only become greater. Digital marketing is evolving, not dying.
I'm not worried. There are far more industries at a bigger risk than we are. AI generated art and content may have a place, but humans will be needed to organize marketing strategies for a very long time.
