Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.

In this case what to do pls suggest.

My partner and I are moving out of our condo building in NYC at month end, and the building management (not our landlord) has communicated to us that, on top of the 1K non-refundable fee and 1K security deposit to move out (stated in lease), they are also issuing a $1,250 "sanitization fee" for the public areas (hallways/elevators), since we happen to be moving out during COVID19. We feel this is taking advantage of tenants during this time and may not be legal. Any advice helps!
