I've worked in External strategy consulting (Big 4), currently work in Internal Corporate strategy and ran my own management consulting firm in between

I’m a manager in PwC’s human capital practice. I’m getting recruiting messages from the other Big 4, as I imagine most of us are. I’m interested in hearing about human capital consultants who went from PwC to one of the other firms, as well as people who came from one of the other firms to PwC. Do you guys feel like Biden is actually the cause of the unemployment rate being down? In 18 states where the rate is down significantly, 15 of them are run by republicans... just saying. What are some of the best consulting firms for digital strategy roles? Looking for a change and was wondering which of the T1/T2 firms have digital practices in Canada. I have applied to ATK and McK. BCG is working to establish their presence in Canada but their team is focused on establishing top down. Bain doesn’t have digital focus. Can anyone shed some light on other T2 firms?

- $90k + ~7.5% annual performance bonus
- $5k in clawback reimbursement
- will pay all professional fees throughout term of employment (CPA & CBV)

My background:
- SA1 in assurance
