Currently a post-MBA returning consultant at MBB. What firms should I target with significant Private Equity Ops groups or value teams? Have to leave after 2 years in consulting because I was sponsored but want to make sure that I understand the point at which I should be reaching out, etc.

7+ YOE - 3 in tech support role (after BE) and 4+ in BA & PM role (after MBA). Worked on RPA and process improvement projects for 2 yrs. Currently working on internal tool implementation projects - PMO, UAT, change strategy, etc.

I want to switch to a product company in a PM/TPM role, and I am planning to learn something new which has a great future scope, pays well, and aligns with my profile. Any recommendation would really help me take a right call.

What would be the salary standard for blow skill set with 10+ years experience

1. Oracle DBA, Golden date , RAC, data gaurd
2. MySql, Mssql, Postgres Sql
3. Cloud DBA in AWS, GCP
4. DB migration from onpremise to Cloud
