I can give you advice for sap as I was on the same domain.

For sap this is not a good company as they do not have good projects, They will 200% hire you for bench and then you have to look out for projects which is hectic.
If you have any other offers in hand consider those to be frank.

I am not sure about PIP but yes they do layoff people who are on bench for long. But for new lateral joiners they will allow 6 months to find a new project so you’re save for those 6 months after that you will be asked to leave but that too depends on your CTC. High CTC people will be asked to leave soon.

How are you guys handling your mental health with job rejections or not getting interviews? I’m trying to stay optimistic but it’s soul crushing to see people you know get better jobs when you have been on the job hunt for awhile. I understand not comparing yourself to others but it’s hard when you realize you’re at the bottom of the totem pole and everyone else around you is progressing.

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

Hey Fishes,

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.
