Comparison is the thief of joy. If you let job rejections dictate your self-worth, I’m afraid you’re in for a vey long, sad working life. Your job has nothing to do with who you are, or whether you’re a good or valuable person. And allowing these external factors to shape your opinion of yourself isn’t healthy.
Job-hunting is like dating. Sometimes you click, sometimes (more often than not), you don’t. These rejections are not personal - hell, these people don’t even KNOW you. Just keep trying, and try to separate your feelings about yourself from your feelings about getting a job that’s right for both you and the employer. Success isn’t how much money you make, or your title, or where you are on the ladder relative to other people. Being successful at work and in life is about finding work that you don’t hate and pays you enough to live the life you want, without having to compromise your values or shortchange yourself or your family.

BAH1 🤩 this... and also OP some therapy might help if you're really in that comparison trap
Never compare urself to others. There will always be someone better or lesser than u. Remember. I’ve heard of people putting in literally hundreds of resumes before landing a job. Remember it’s not all about u also, sometimes it’s because of things that u cannot control.
