Applied to a marketing manager job at a small market sports and entertainment venue. Even w almost 20 years in marketing and 10 of those in athletics they made me participate in a competition between me and the other finalist. Fake social media posts and such. Very insulting. Anyways turns out they went with the other guy. He was also younger and they could pay him less. They wouldn’t share his work with me tho. Wasted a good two weeks on interviews and that nonsense. Anyone else had similar?
