Alaska to join Oneworld!!!
Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

No. I think money and time is better spent on a robust daily/nightly skincare routine. There are a few treatments that I’d consider getting a few times a year (micro needling, laser facial). Haven’t done those yet.
I got one Excel V treatment for rosacea and it was painful.
If you want glowy skin and no blackheads, I would focus on your diet and routine.
Diet - Mediterranean or paleo diet. no dairy, minimal sugar, minimal processed foods. Fish oil and healthy fats.
Routine - double cleanse, AHA/BHA serum, lots of hydrating and moisturizing products, vitamin c, tretinoin or retinol. I saw significant benefits after adopting the Korean skincare routine.
Following, I’m curious too. I get the feeling that facials (and skincare in general) are kind of all about consistency. Like a once a year facial doesn’t do anything, you have to do it every month for any results.
Yeah same. I’m curious about memberships I’ve seen. Plus an aveda school that looks like it has discounted services so students can learn.
I do at home homemade masks and i love it
I love doing masks! Just wondering if facials would take it to the next level. I want glowy skin and no blackheads.
If you already have good skin, I don’t think they’re going to be any more beneficial than an at home skin routine would. But if you struggle with acne or other skin issues, then they might be.
If you want immediate glowy, a hydra facial is great. You’ll be glowy for 24-36 hours afterwards. But it’s temporary. I do it for a special occasion like my birthday celebration!
I really recommend this as a last step after letting your skincare soak in for 15 min … you sleep in it and as long as you let it fully dry before going to bed (15 min), you wake up with glass skin. I am not sure what helps blackheads as I don’t really have them but this will definitely improve the glow, retinol has also don’t wonders for me. I have a naturally young face but I have no wrinkles anymore (had forehead wrinkles 2 years ago that are completely gone) and generally look younger than I am.
Also a conductive device has helped … I have the Theraface but there are tons. I also like the medicube conductive gel to use with it.
