Are we all happy with our current job and salary? I've been thinking about this question a lot and it's been hard to come up with a straightforward answer. I think I'm grateful for it, but not exactly feeling fulfilled. I would be a lot happier if my hours were less intense. How about you? What's one change in your job that would increase your job satisfaction by a lot?

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
