I want to switch now, but I am confused b/w Business Analyst and Automation tester role, which role would be better for me to switch? Also regarding salary which is a high paying role among the two? Experience-3 years CTC-7.5

Received an offer from INFOSYS . Details below:
Designation: Senior Associate Consultant
Grade : 4A
YOE: 3.2
Current CTC: 10 lpa
Offered CTC : 14.5 (including 10% variable) + 1lakh joining bonus

Is it worth it? How are hikes and appraisals at Infosys, because i know it’s good at my current company . What should i do?

I have an offer from kpmg global at 12 lpa ( fixed ) at 40% hike on fixed. Have 4.5 yoe. HR says that this is a maximum what they offer for a role. Role is associate consultant.

Is this salary good for this experience level? Or should I check for more?

Also what is the hike% yoy in kpmg global, if anyone knows.

Any insight on salary ranges at ZS? Glassdoor shows Associate Consultant as ~$122k and Consultant ~$195k. Are these numbers accurate?
