Unfortunately, I'm a saver. No matter what I know about the stock market, I have a bad habit of hoarding my money because I like it to be easily accessible in case of an emergency. I have probably 60% of my savings in a HYSA and 40% in the stock market. I know that's probably a crime against compound interest, but I can't help it.
I lean more toward saving, but I’m learning to balance both. A friend once told me: save to sleep well, invest to retire well. That stuck. I try to keep 3–6 months in savings for peace of mind, then anything extra goes into low-risk investments. So, I am building my mixed little by little.

A bit of both! Definitely leaning more towards saving, as investing is a scary place, especially like me that doesn't know too much about it. I am slowly learning about investing

I do a bit of both, but I’m a fairly conservative investor. My savings is about 50/50 HYSA and invested in the SPY
A mix of both. I have a 6 month emergency fund and keep that in a HYSA. I put 10% of my earnings into my 401k, max out my Roth mainly in stocks and some S&P 500 index funds.. same for brokerage. And then I have a super safe life insurance policy with cash in it.
So im a mix of both. I could definitely be more risky.
I also have a mix of both. I tend to save more than invest honestly but lately I have been doing more investing as I get older. I started to really think about my future and retirement and decided I needed to be investing more toward my future.
