I am currently holding an offer of 11.7LPA(inclusive of 1.7 variable) and 1 lakh JB from Infosys at Bangalore.

I also have an offer of 11 LPA(5 percent variable) from IBS with permanent wfh.

Could you please suggest which is better.

I heard that for hike, promotion input about performance is taken from TL and teammates and Lumos plays only a very minute role in it. Is this true?

How difficult is it to switch projects internally in TW? Is there any said amount of time you should be in a project before you can switch?
