What’s the creative culture like over at Barkley? Esp for someone mid level.

I have worked in senior Executive Assistant roles the majority of my career. I have had added job descriptions as I am the queen of taking on more. Right now my title is Director of Operations but when I look at a job description I only do a few things from that role. I believe I was given the title to pretty up the fact that I do a whole lot of everything.This is fine but I would like more stability. I would love to move more into the tech world using my strengths but not sure where to start.

Anyone's office celebrate MLK day but don't have the day off? If so, what do you guys do?

What kinds of self-care and destress do you do during the summer to prep for the school year? I know it sounds weird, but I'm trying to cement some new routines and practices now so I can make sure I have a good toolkit in place when August arrives. I wasn't the best at prioritiizig simple things like eating well and going for walks

Has anyone tried nutrafol? Do I need to check with my doctor before I use it? I feel like my hair is much more thin than 5-6 years ago. I’m mid 30s

I am a Full Stack Developer having 3 yr of experience. What salary expectation would I tell HR? I was thinking about 30 - 35 LPA.

Clerks, at what point in your clerkship did you start applying for jobs? I’m about halfway through a two year clerkship in my intended market and I am trying to figure out when I need to seriously start applying.

Is anyone else a little overwhelmed by how much material comes when the Manhattan prep guides and the OG? Also bought the foundations of math...like how do I know what and what not to go through?

If I only have 30 minutes for a technical interview for a PE ops role, am I expected to know how to build a 3 statement model? I would assume it’s filling in missing items and calculating out items like the cash flows, but wanted to see if others had any insight.

As for context, they’ve been together for over a year. She got a job and moved to the same state as him a few months back (about 2000 miles). It truly sounds like they are not happy together anymore. Any suggestions on how you would break up in this situation?

Anyone else's parents constantly reminding them to be more connected to work? My parents keep reminding me to look at work-related things on weekends. Every conversation has to be related to work. I know they're just looking out for me but not being able to disconnect from work is making me more stressed. Yet my parents tend to downplay my stress because they say they've experienced more when they worked (they're retired).
