Can we revoke resignation in Accenture before completing of Notice Period in India ??


I have resigned 1 month back due to some personal reasons but things are not going as planned so is it possible to take resignation back before 90 days completion??

2. I like to run so options downtown seem better but not familiar with kips Bay Area
3. Commuting anywhere
4. Restaurants
5. I’m 23

Kind of wild that I consider myself very lucky to make $175k a year at 26, yet I could barely cash flow the shittiest Manhattan apts without being stretched

Any tax accountants/attorneys in here? What would happen to the 401k of a foreign worker if they cannot longer maintain an immigration status and have to go back home? What about a ROTH 401k? Assuming they made after-tax contributions, would they still be able to take tax-free distributions if they are non-resident aliens for tax purposes?
