Okay so, I find myself in a tough situation. Recently, my professional license became jeopardized. There’s many details that I rather not share publicly just incase, but trust me when I say that this was over a ridiculous complaint that wasn’t serious. Hello fishes, I joined IBM on 16th Aug 2021 as a Data Scientist and was offered 1L joining bonus. Will I have to pay back the joining bonus if I leave IBM on 16th Aug 2022 , i.e , after completing 1 year ?

Hello fishes, I am working at IBM as a Data Scientist and currently on bench. I will be resigning today as I have a better offer in hand right now. Wanted to know if I have to serve entire notice period of 90 days even when on bench or IBM gives early release ?
