I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next

How far into implementation and execution do you get as a strategist (and what's your specialty). I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done. Does brand strategy ever go on shoots or vendor/production meeting and are they responsible for it? Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? I want to work purely on automation testing

My current project winds up on 31st December 2022. If I resign by mid/end of this month(expecting a few offers), would CG persist with the 90 day notice period with me serving majority off those on the bench or would they consider releasing early once the client stops paying? #Capgemini #NoticePeriod

New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Would love to get insight from folks here as I’m not quite sure what to do. I currently have around 14K in student loan debt and enough saved up to pay it off in one fell swoop. What I’m struggling with is whether I should invest that money into the stock market (thinking less risky S&P 500 ETF) and pay off my student loans monthly with the average payment being around 1000 so I can pay it off in about 16-18 months (due to interest being around 5%) or pay it off all in one go?

If I have two 401ks (current job and previous job), does the 19k limit apply to both of them together or 19k each?

If I were to rollover a pension lump sum into one of those 401ks, is counted towards the $19k limit? Or is rollover classified differently and I could still continue to contribute to my current 401k?

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?
