Hello fishes, I am working at IBM as a Data Scientist and currently on bench. I will be resigning today as I have a better offer in hand right now. Wanted to know if I have to serve entire notice period of 90 days even when on bench or IBM gives early release ?

For those who refinanced MBA loans, what kind of rates are you getting? I refinanced about a year ago while I had some CC debt and got a 10 year with a 5.36% for $150k (had some undergrad loans in that too).
