CGI has only two months notice period.Are you people getting any advantage of this to look for another job?

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load. Is this what people consider negative work culture?

What is the difference between a Software Engineer I and II? When do you know you're ready to leave your first great SE job? Is there a way to get more money without leaving? Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?
