Really trying to get out of the admin world. Or at least get paid more. My company doesnt offer a review system for admins- any suggestions on how to ask for a raise?

I have always embraced changes but I could not shake off what I see. I missed the quality in everything we do era...now it's all about technology and so called disrutpion. Less & less quality
For someone who spent nearly 20 yr at ey and been a high performer for last 6 plus years consecutively...l am feeling less and less belonging at ey...rather feeling the pink slip is near.
