Company just sent me the benefits packet and a request for references before meeting the hiring manager. Is this potentially good? Also, is an ESOP a good benefit to have, in addition to a regular 401k? First time I've heard of one, although apparently it's pretty common in their industry.

For me, I set 20-30 pg min/night and listen to a different audiobook to/from work. The audiobook thing is new as I've never read >1 at once. Considering 1 chapter/night w/ 3 different books (3 ch/night)... I just want to read them all though not sure - may muddle if one > others.
