It’s being serviced out of NY.
KFC is in Louisville, KY. You didn’t see W+K open an office there.
Gatorade is in Chicago and Chiat never opened an office in that market to service the same client before she was elevated to the McD's c-suite.

Doubtful. It’s a 2 hr flight, and NY is abundant with advertising talent, (and diverse talent). Not a pitch, most work reviewed, routed, & approved electronically now. They’re not presenting bread & butter work in person in a regular basis. Pitch over.
