Currently, I'm working at HCLtech in a management trainee role and signed a bond 15 months after I joined I have been in the project but have not worked assigned to me and after 7 months they released me from the project and now I'm on the bench. Can I stay long on the bench and searching any project till my bond is finished or can they be laid off after completing 2-3 months on the bench policy?
