I graduated in May 2020 and found myself excepting a Junior Art Director position in Healthcare. I never saw myself in health but with many agencies having hiring freezes I decided to get some experience and save up some money in the meantime. Fast forward one year; I’ve added a new campaign to my website and I’m starting to apply to consumer agencies again. Any tips to help me make the transition? Any place to avoid? Who have you noticed is hiring again? Thanks in advance :)

Accidentally gave the wrong insurance information and was told there'd be a $1000 deductible. I can't stop thinking about how millions of Americans can't have access to healthcare because of this 😓
First day back on the job after paternity leave. Never had a harder time leaving the house than this morning...
I have 800 deductible on my health insurance, can I get tax refund on 800 and any additional money I spent to cover my cost? I don’t have health saving account.
Has anyone ever had their luggage lost by LOT airlines? If so, were you able to get any reimbursement?
I have an opportunity to take over the 401k at my credit union and was thinking about getting this as it seems like it could be done pretty quickly and may pay dividends in the future.
Joining KPMG as an intern in healthcare advisory practice. Considering that I am in a MHA program (healthcare administration) any way to leverage to receive an offer as a senior associate?
EY 🐠 - For the WFH monitor reimbursement, can I purchase it using my personal credit card or do I have to wait until my AMEX card comes in?
Have been pinged for a possible role as Director of Operations at a promising looking startup with a 50%% pay increase & equity. It looks like an amazing opportunity.. but my husband and I have just started trying for our first kid, and I'm not sure about leaving the stability and benefits of Big 4, even though I feel like I have run out of career growth here. Has anyone changed jobs at a similar point, or worked at a startup as a new mom, that might be able to share perspective or opinions?
Besides pay/benefits, what are changes that happen when you move from a C to M levels? Do you have access/exposure to different tools that help you do your job/take on bigger responsibilities?
What is your firm’s paternity leave policy?
I’m leaving EY and got a note that I am eligible to be paid out my 401k balance. This is the first time I’m leaving a firm, so not sure if I should do this, or is there a way to transfer the account to the new employer? Which one is better?
Deloitte Human Capital Consulting I am currently a student considering my options for careers. I have an internship lined up for Deloitte this summer in their Human Capital department . From what I can see it is a lot of workday implementation/other hr softwares. This is interesting to me. But I would also like the opportunity to be involved in talent strategy, compensation and benefits etc. But it seems like this really isn’t an option. Could someone please provide insight into this role.
A&M folks, how good (or not) are your health / dental/ vision benefits ? How much are out-of-pocket expenses for families? Also how is the 401(k) match?
Hi UK 🐠: grateful if someone can share the comp range (base + bonus + any other benefits like stock options) at Director level at Capgemini Invent? TIA 🙏
PwC Partners.....can you explain the big operating model change that was announced that had no bearing on staff. Why announce it then? What benefits can we expect?
When is a good time to move to industry to have better work life balance with some good benefits?Manager or Senior manager? #tax
What happens to your pension after you leave Deloitte? Thought if <$30k they provide a payout. Left a few months back and haven’t heard anything.

Going to MBB from Tier 2...worth the switch?
Deloitte moms, did you get 100% of STD if you took maternity leave as a SC? I haven’t been able to get a concrete answer from MetLife for some reason and now concerned.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.
Friend runs a company and hired a VP of Sales to help grow the business. Guy got some relocation $ and was supposed to start 2 months ago. Ever since he said his kid had an accident and from that point on kept pushing the start date back claiming he has to do something related to the accident. He hasn’t sent any proof to HR, has been requested twice claims he will but then doesn’t. And has pushed his start date back half a dozen times. How should I advice him to proceed?
Female 🐠 that have divorced. Were you able to recover, especially financially? Looking back would you stick it out? I would primarily be supporting our child since I earn more. Just overwhelmed with the prospect of starting over/carrying everything on my own but the lure of peace/relief/happiness is intense.
Has anyone transitioned from tech consulting to a product management role? Any tips on how to break into that field?
Is it worth it to get a professional certification like SHRM/PHR? Not many of my colleagues have one and it’s not a requirement for my role, but I’m curious if it’s worth it in the long run
I’m studying for the SHRM-CP with the Mometrix (study guides, online course, and flash cards), however I’m super overwhelmed with all of the information. What are some best practices to ensure I grasp all of the concept ? Any advice would be much appreciated!!!
What is the tipping etiquette on the free platinum breakfast in a JW Marriott? The server just gets coffee / orange juice and you serve yourself. It is an overpriced buffet that I would never dine in.
Building off a thread from a few days ago on how long you waited to consultant an RE. If I am under 35 and have not been trying for 12 months, do I need to spin it to my doctor like I have? It seems bad to not give my doc the real info but I also don’t want to be turned away and I think I’ve heard you have to tell them it’s been 12 mo to get insurance to cover it. Any insight?
Hello Consulting moms, I was wondering if anyone moved States after COVID? I live in Virginia (15min from DC) and we’re thinking to move to Texas. Dallas or Austin not sure yet. Any recommendations/advice? My son will be starting Middle-school. 😩 Thank you so much!
Does anyone know of any agencies that have a decent amount of remote staff? I'd love to work for a cool shop (and am willing to travel a ton) but don't want to uproot completely.
Getting the vaccine tomorrow morning, just hit 17 weeks. SUPER nervous thanks to my conspiracy theorist dad but excited to protect myself and my baby girl!
Has anyone gone on a solo trip or a female travel group trip that has recommendations? I have a week between jobs and thinking of exploring a new city.
