Do you still get to relish the thrill of creativity when you're working on things or has it just become 'work'? 2 years ago, I would be so excited about over-the-top ideas or 360 marketing campaigns but now I'm pushing it away with all my might. It just feels like work! Almost like a 5-year-old who doesn't want to do any homework after school. Struggling with feeling this way because I took a lot of pride in loving work and it feels impossible to have that again. Help me figure out what's wrong?

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!

Currently work in a very unique Wealth Management ops role.

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?
