I am currently having 10 LPA with around 4 YOE in React Js.. I am expecting for a 16+ LPA.. Is it the right time to switch?

I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
