Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.
Would there be any scope of increment going forward?

I treat it like meditation. I’m a classic over thinker haha, but every time I start thinking about other things during namaz, I just mentally remind myself to focus on namaz, even if I have to pause my recitation for a min to do it.
Learn the meaning of the surahs, if possible word-to-word meanings (start with small and popular ones like Ikhlas), you recite during Salah, so you’re aware of your communication to Allah during your prayers. Also attempt to learn new surahs, even 1-2 ayahs a day can be enough (again, start small and memorize the shorter ones first) and throw in some variety in your Salah. It will takes conciliatory effort for you to remember the new ones you’ve learned, especially if Arab isn’t your first language, which will recalibrate your focus back to the prayer InshaAllah. And Allah knows best and may he guide us all ☺️
When I started praying, I kept a pocket calendar and would set small goals for myself, i/e pray one week without missing anything. The hardest part would sometimes be to start. But once I say the initial Allahu Akbar, I know I'll finish the prayer even if I'm a little distracted here and there
Everyone’s mind will wander
Keep pushing through. Like EY1 mentioned take baby steps in learning about what you are saying movements.
Also something I try is not rushing through the motions, calm and collect movements
yes, all the time..there is a Hadith that talks about that as well - very normal
Definitely happens too frequently for me. What i do is play the quran from YouTube in the background while i pray. Helps for sure
I had tried every method and even bought a book okln it but what I found was easiest is .
Read your Salah aloud. Like you're the imam. That's proven most effective for me personally
Sometimes when I'm praying now, I just find my mind going all over, whether it be work related or personal thought or random thoughts. Any suggestions or tips that have helped if you've had this issue?
