Does Barclays offer work-from-home to all pregnant employees, or is it approved on a case-by-case basis?

Hi, I got an offer letter from Accenture with DOJ 1st of March but my current organization release me on the 4th of march, in that case, what should I need to do as I have already sent a mail to HR to extend my offer letter till 6th of March and she agreed on that. Will they revoke my offer letter in this case or they will initiate my new offer letter? Need help
