Has anyone done soft landing in Canada from US during this time? Even though IRCC says it's not allowed in covid times, I've seen ppl saying it multiple forums they've done it. If someone does it, do you think they'd create issues with your PR when finally going back to Canada at a later date?

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?
