Talking to KPMG about a consulting job but they haven't disclosed their salary range. Anyone from KPMG know what a manager, data concierge position might pay? Looked everywhere but it seems to be a relatively new department so there is no salary data.

New to software sales. Trying to understand how common it is for sales leadership to accept quotas that are completely unrealistic to achieve? I’m talking the total addressable market isn’t even as large as these quotas. Also how common is it for sales teams to hit <80% of quota year over year without any consequences/changes? I’m depressed. Nothing unique about my depression - I’m in big law, my career defines me, when I’m not working I can’t find the will to get off the couch, I’m sad or I’m numb…I know I’m the only one that can make a change to my life…I’m on antidepressants. Just extremely unmotivated and paralyzed. Self-help books are not for me, but I am curious - has anyone tried a guided depression/anxiety journal? Any recommendations if so? Or, if you have experienced the same, what steps did you take?

I’m an Asian F24 who has been out of the city since covid started and am going to move back soon. I’m excited I miss and love nyc. But at the same time I’m scared of all the Asian violence- with every attack I see, I realize that could be me. I love walking and exploring the city, but when I return I’ll probably be ubering around to stay safe, carrying a small weapon just in case. Sad and unfair. Can anyone who’s actually in nyc right now shed light on what the situation is like? 😓

I'm having 9 yoe and till last year my saving was around 18lakh that I used to take home with loan of 30L for 10 years and now I'm paying around 35k emi. As of now I have 1lakh in my account as emergency fund. I feel that I'm not saving well. Can anyone tell me how can I mange my saving better? I earn 1lakh/month and no family support.
