Hello Fishes , I am working in TCS for more than a year now . I started working as a Functional Consultant for ISU billing module . Recently , I have learned ABAP and will start working as a Technical as well . Hopefully I will become a Techno-Functional by the end of 2nd year in TCS . My company is actually pretty damn great to work for. So many love it, but our pay is low compared to the rest of the financial sector, and so when people with great experience come knocking, HR denies them because the ask is outside the price range. So mangy managers are pushing back but damn. Why shoot yourself in the foot like that?
