Need your suggestion, I recently cleared all round of interview for PwC and in Director round discussion come to know it's emerging technology team, I am in cloud technology .. he told me Hr will discuss for slary as I asked them for Gurgaon location I got an email from hr to fill all details usually we do after joining company like pf nominee bank account etc....
Do I expect offer after how many days it's already 5 days, no hr discussion for salary just they asked to share documents.

When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
