Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know

Let me list few good policies of Barclays.
1. During Covid, if you are down with Covid you are allowed to take unlimited sick leave
2. Oxygen, Ambulance, Hospital bed arranged by Barclays. Dedicated resource to help you on that
3. There are 3 level of ratings, for mid level you get min 10 % hike + 10 % Bonus. Majority of the resources get that rating. For the top most rating you get 20 % hike + 15 % Bonus.
4. You can save upto 48 days of Earned Leave and while leaving you get fully paid for all the leaves that you have saved. Not just the basic but the full salary.
5. WLB is also there.
6. For new fathers you get 45 working days of leave. Mother's get around 9 months of leave
Considering all these even if Barclays don't give any joining goodies still it makes a good company to join
BTW who said it's the best place.
Haha idk man I think it's mostly work culture there.
It's sad that Barclays does not provide these. But I don't think these are main points in any way when someone sees if its better org or not 😂

1 Additional point that i haven't seen anywhere else is Car Loan scheme which is used to reduce your tax burden
Hey, what's the car loan scheme as mentioned above do they give a lower interest rate

4. No diwali bonus or gift or even a mail
5. No welcome kit on joining
6. No reimbursement for internet bills or electricity bills

3. Goodies after joining office seems a little odd because most of the companies are provided on joining day itself but I can chuck this
4. My recruitment hr is worst, again depends on person to person
5. Reimbursement on phone bill and petrol is again hectic declare, courier bills, take follow ups in other organization's it is taken care in much better ways.
