Looking to exit consulting but the open jobs in Dallas that I’m finding don’t pay as well. Looking for $160k base or more for a Sr Manager - has anyone here had any luck with finding well-paying jobs in the area after leaving consulting? Any advice on where to look?

I have an interview next week for a Client Partnerships Manager role at a large entertainment company. The focus would be a client partner for Tech, QSR & Finance clients. Can you all provide any insight or tips into this role whether you've done it or partnered with someone who has. Also, what do you consider the media & marketing process to be?

I was just let go from my company which I really enjoyed working at after only 9 months in a newly created role. I was completely blindsided and told it’s was due to scope and organizational changes. I had no performance reviews or discussions leading up to termination. It didn’t seem like this was a performance driven decision, but I feel completely left in the dark and unsure what to do in this economic climate.
