Does your agency have a proprietary AI tool, and if so, what does it do? Is it basically a re-skinned ChatGPT or does it actually bring anything useful?

Many agencies have proprietary AI tools but they are all repackaged commercial models or slightly finetunes of open source ones then built into a custom workflow / UI.

This doesn't mean then the extra layers that have been created arent making a difference. But most agencies massively over hype their "proprietary" platforms and tools.

The reality is that the base models and tools are all still changing fairly quickly so spending too much time customizing them now will make many of those customisations obsolete.

I work with a large independently owned agency (so not a HoldCo). They have enterprise licenses with Gemini, NotebookLM, Adobe Firefly, and I believe the Production group has access to several AI animation and audio tools. The enterprise license gives the organization a logged-in platform where we can upload proprietary data that isn’t shared with public Gemini (or whatever platform). We also have weekly training sessions.

Did anyone know about the company Trane Technologies and know any insights about the company? Trane Technologies is manufacturing company of HVAC. Not sure about company work culture and other details. Now I got an offer from wipro for 18LPA(17 fixed + 1lakh variable). And there is a offer from Trane Technologies for 16LPA. Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I’ve been with my company for 8+ yrs, I love my manager and the work I do (engagement, recognition, & wellness programs) but I feel like I’m limiting myself since I have the experience, an HRM degree, and SHRM-CP credentials.
