I am not good in trading. Earlier had some with motilal oswal, have to check it's status and close as Citi does not permit trading outside I guess.

We strike a balance. While technology streamlines our operations and handles routine tasks, it’s designed to free up our team to focus on high-value human interaction and hospitality. Tech hasn't replaced our guests' experience; it has elevated it by allowing us more time for personalized, meaningful engagement.
Human interaction. This place is the definition of old school. Very little tech to speak of, aside from our ancient point of sale which goes down every week or two. I kind of like that that's the case, but a little innovation wouldn't hurt.

In my experience tech has helped with efficiency but it hasn’t really replaced interaction. If anything it changed the type of interaction. Customers use self checkout or apps for simple things but when something goes wrong they expect a real person immediately. So it almost feels like tech handles the easy moments and people handle the harder ones.
