D1 that’s why Kelce makes sense here. There are only 2 (maybe 3) other relevant TEs in the league this year. There is plenty of WRs value in rounds 2, 3, and 4.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

I am going to work in public accounting and I feel like when I look up how much I will make after being promoted or early promoted it’s very cryptic.
