It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

You don’t. Hovering Creative Director is the worst!
This shouldn’t be happening. Request to let them leave you alone for 4-5 hours and give feedback after you have time to iterate. I refuse to hover unless we’re in an extreme deadline situation.
There’s no unless. That means you hover and at the worse times. If asked have you or do you hover, that answer is yes, haha.
I know you mean well, but can you imagine the pressure and anxiety hovering in that situation??? Just ask for 30 minutes or hourly check-in intervals. That individual could be distracted by the breath or other smells on the one hovering. Any sounds like sighs, heavy breathing, etc. can make one function inefficiently in those conditions. Put yourself in the person’s shoes and don’t put your stress on the ones you’re depending on. Just a thought.
Just update your software, fix files, disconnect from server oh man i cant log in. Font issues. Be creative with it until they leave. Make round two when they come back even more problamatic. Offer to send them comps once the tech difficulties are solved by yours truely.
let them know you work better on your own. be direct with the UFO. I say, let me be alone with these edits and think about them. I'll come back to you when ready.
