Just run on the sidewalks. Most people flock to trails and parks, hence why they’ve had to close them down across the country. Many of the normally busy areas don’t have a lot of foot traffic or car traffic now.

I ran from Rosslyn into DC. Other than the Key Bridge, I was able to avoid any big groups of people...I went through Georgetown, Woodley Park, AdMo, Foggy Bottom, etc.

The other route I’d recommend is heading from Ballston to Crystal City. Did a similar route and didn’t see too many people along the way.

I really like this house that’s selling for $275k. I want to put in an offer, but think it’s realistically worth $255-$260k. The house is being sold by a company ie Orchard. I’ve done some research on some other platforms and It seems like I am being very underpaid at $26.54 per hour (55k) yearly.
