Early level manager. How do I use my annual review to reuse some issues without gripping. Context this year: I have no desk or chair in the office due to overcrowding. My manager is too busy and our 1-2-1s now happen only ev 8 weeks. Last year’s goals never materialised (I never got my feedback or an action plan). I have no idea what that company goals are or what to do to find success here since there’s no comes or vision from SLT.

Midtier Valuation Advisory to Banking? I have an offer from a midtier accounting firm (BDO) for their Associate position in the Valuation Advisory team.

I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer.
