Will it profitable to stay in LTi as I have completed 17 months here and currently at P2 grade (Senior Software Engineer) ?
I'm working in CITi project since 17 months, premapped ro project so, not a single I was in bench til now. In this January they retained me with 70% hike :).
YOE - 5.6 years
Skills Set :- Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL.

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?
Like Promotion to P3 and OnSite ?

Hey Cognizant folks! Good Morning. I have an interview scheduled for front end web developer role 7+ YOE. Any suggestions on type of questions asked would really be appreciated. Is it going to be like a written technical round or more like a verbal one, also how many rounds does it really take to complete the interview?

Got an assignment to be completed as initial screening step. Spent a weekend and provided the best possible solution. Recruiter and hiring manager did not even respond back with any feedback. Height of arrogance.

How many rounds of interviews for a consulting role at Deloitte? I am interviewing for a Agile Lead Role at Deloitte (I believe I would be at the consultant level). Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

When taking an exam for the cpa, is it done on a computer with a keyboard with a numpad and you do all your calculations on an onscreen calculator? Or is it done pencil and paper?
