I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. Being promoted to Director of Sales Development at my current company. Based in Toronto.

My base is being bumped from 110 to 125, and OTE for another 50 up from 35 CAD.
