I started working for a new law firm, much larger than the firm I was working for previously. The main attorney that I work under had noticed some mistakes I was making (I am a NY paralegal who took this position with the understanding that they’d be teaching me NJ and NYC real estate). Anyways, the attorney decided to tell the HR manager about the mistakes I had been making. Question to immigrants with parents overseas.
