It shows 100% at the individual user’s end, but when the backend team runs the report, it always says this is missing, that is missing. I mean, how hard is it to make all required items mandatory and not let it save or submit otherwise? Another half-baked application, just like all other internal portals. Pretty sure it was built by whatever leftover ChatGPT developers there are. Their own internal things are like this; imagine what they deliver to customers. No wonder it’s on a descent to bankruptcy.

I agree.. Can't make it above 95%

Every week the completion percentage comes down... Are we only going to do this Idiotic stuff.. And manager be like scolding us for not making it 100%

It's a Beta version application sold to Eviden by someone and we have taken it..

Only graphic UI i see is the pie chart..

Imagine this GLOW report being circulated every day to DM DD's and they are asking us.. Enter your education, click on 3 dots edit and save..
What a stupid way to fill in time by senior leadership.. Shouldn't they be worried about sales, new logos, existing deals etc..

I want out of advertising. The highs are so high, but the lows are too low. No amount of money or creative fulfillment is worth simply coexisting with my husband or fearing that I can’t have kids because of a JOB. Now that my rant is over — I’m struggling knowing where to go next. I LOVE brand strategy, and want to leverage that skill set in a healthier industry with more work/life balance. So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
