I can't speak to the spa side of the house, but I've been very happy with the massages at Serendipity Wellness Studio in Burke. Bit of a hike to get there, but after bouncing around various massage places for 7 years, I found them 2 years ago and they've been great.

Excellent massages from the two therapists I've seen and reasonable pricing, too.
