Got an offer from EY GDS (22.17 fixed and 10% variable) for 7yoe and senior consultant 3 role. Tech stack- SAP ABAP. This is around 40% hike from my current salary. Working in deloitte india in a operate project for an indian client. Although the team and the leadership is very good here but my client is very bad and i also feel underpaid. Should i consider the resign or try to negotiate with HR again with a counter offer ?
