Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)

EY GDS always lowballs especially for SAP ABAP. I mentioned I have 22LPA fixed as a counter and they offered 20LPA fixed with a 10% variable after a month of ghosting. They also don't have as many benefits as Deloitte USI or even Accenture. Better resign and try better companies, you can reach at least 25LPA.
I am also waiting for offer since 22 days
