How important are titles to everyone when negotiating? Have some offers with good comp but rather deflated titles

I recently found out I was “promoted” or giving a higher title, same pay. I was told HR was updating employees titles based on the work they do… Is that even a thing?? My mid yr review is coming, should I just ask for more money?

Can anyone give me honest feedback on what being a copywriter is like at FCB Health NY? I have an interview but looking on here all I see is *really* negative feedback, so I’m very apprehensive. I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.
