Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.

Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. So any idea if this scenario can happen? Anyone got to know project details before joining? Please share ur views.

What is the next process once accepted offer in pwcindia. I have accepted offer and have my joining in 2 weeks. Have not received any further communication from HR.
