Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. So any idea if this scenario can happen? Anyone got to know project details before joining? Please share ur views.

They are considering switching my title to Director of Project Management. All inflow and outflow of work is facilitated through me. No one else is able to communicate with our clients outside of me. What is a fair salary to ask for?
