Can anyone anyone help with a salary range for a senior E&S UW. 5 years of experience. Interviewing but don’t want to sell short for my salary expectations.

My girlfriend is willing to break off our entire relationship because she found out my mom doesn't approve of her. We have no issues between each other but she said she can't be with someone who's family doesn't like her.

Is it irrational for me to get an “ick” for this?

I went on a “date” recently. I paid for the tab as they were going to the bathroom. As we were leaving they said “thanks for lunch” — I was hoping they’d at least ask to Venmo me half as a kind gesture. Following lunch we grabbed dessert. I was hoping they’d offer to cover dessert since I covered lunch but it didn’t happen.

I am fine w/ paying but I was hoping the gesture would at least be presented… am I crazy?

Woman I went on one date with keeps me informed on what she's doing. I.e. Seeing her girlfriend or on her way to a birthday party. Not used to this level of transparency after just one date. We do have a second date planned. Thoughts?

I have been tagged for this project that doesn’t start until June 10th. My utilization is going to drop significantly but at the same time the deployment team cannot present me elsewhere. Ugh!

Got a GRE score of 320 (162V 158Q). Did my masters from A&M (full scholarship, 3.8 GPA, journal publications. Have been working as a consultant for a small tech consulting firm for the past 1 year and was considering a MBA + Law or Public Policy masters dual degree program. My scores are still valid for atleast 1 year. Aiming for M7 or Oxbridge in Europe. Would using this GRE score be realistic for the school given I've just 1 YOE and my quant was lower. I have received an offer as SD1 at Amazon Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 6 months of experience. I did my BTech in computer science from 2016-20. I had some active backlogs as well. Due to covid, many exams were not conducted and as for the ones that did happen, the results are taking forever to come. Right now I have one backlog and the result is yet to be announced. I am positive I will pass. Will this affect my offer from Amazon during background check as I am yet to receive degree?
